What this site collects

Cookies

This site doesn't set any. Nothing is stored in your browser, so there's no consent banner to click.

Visitor numbers

We count page views through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it reports totals like "the course page was viewed 400 times this week" and never builds a profile of you or follows you to other sites.

The contact form

When you send us a message, your name, email address and message are emailed to the race directors' inbox (delivered by Resend, our email provider). We use it to answer you. We don't add you to a mailing list from it, and we don't share or sell it.

Videos

The course videos on the course page show a still image served from this site. Nothing is requested from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube's own privacy policy applies.

The map

The interactive course map is hosted by RaceDayMap, a separate service, so once you open it their privacy policy applies rather than this one.

Other sites we link to

Registration, results, race photos and donations happen on RunSignup, and sponsorships on our sponsorship site. Once you're there, their privacy policies apply, not this one. Anything you share with us by email lives in a normal email inbox.

Race results

Finisher names, times and hometowns are published race results, shown here and on RunSignup. If something about your entry is wrong, or you'd rather not be named on a page like Race History, tell us and we'll fix it.
